Our Maple Smoked Bacon is carefully crafted through our signature process. It begins with local pork belly being delivered fresh from Johnstons Farm, cured in our signature rub for 7 days and smoked to perfection using the natural flavour profiles of maple. Once smoked, our bacon develops a rich mahogany color and is coated in fresh cracked pepper which makes it ready for slicing to desired thickness and packaging. We suggest baking it in the oven at a low temperature for optimal results. Our Maple Smoked Bacon is certainly considered the "Rolls Royce of bacon."
